Casa Mennone, beautiful country house near Lucca

Casa Mennone is an authentic farmhouse, typical of Tuscany. We are on the hills of Lucca, precisely in Segromigno In Monte, near Lucca, or rather, along a road known as "The Wine Road" because of the well known Monte Carlo farms and wineries. The road to Casa Mennone takes you through small towns and villages, up to the Pizzorne mountains which are at about 900 m above sea level. If you want you can go walking, hiking, jogging, or mountain biking. The house is decorated in the traditional, wooden beams and terracotta floors, and can accommodate up to 17 people in addition to providing a lovely swimming pool with a panoramic view of the landscape below. The property is completely fenced off making it a safe haven for children as well as a comfortable and relaxing holiday base: just 15 minutes from Lucca; close to the green mountains of Garfagnana; Bagni di Lucca, a spa town with the "Casino" one of the oldest casinos in Italy and finally to the sea of Versilia. Mennone house is also not too far from other cities of Tuscany, the motorway network and from the airports of Pisa and Florence.
