Ground floor: 1 double room with access to the terrace.
First floor: 4 double rooms + 1 twin room, all south facing with fine view over the Lucca valley, 1 double room + 1 twin room both north facing, 1 single room, north-east facing, with a view over the neighbouring countryside.
All the rooms are large and comfortable, furnished in rustic style with authentic pieces in keeping with the style and age of the house.
1 cot + 2 folding cots available on request.
Ground floor: 2 bathrooms with shower, one with double washbasin.
First floor: 4 bathrooms, one with bath and one with double shower and double washbasin.
In addition to the large lounge on the first floor, there are two smaller lounges on the ground floor.
